WeatherMax Fabrics may be spot washed by using a soapy solution of a mild detergent and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove soap and allow it to air dry. For mildew stains, prepare a solution of one (1) cup of bleach plus (½) cup of mild detergent per gallon of water. Spray on the entire area and allow soaking. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
First, make sure it is clean. If after cleaning it still is not to the level you want, it is likely time to retreat the fabric. Water repellent finishes will wear off over time and exposure. It is relatively easy to use a treatment to rejuvenate the water repellency. You can contact us at info@cover-pros.com to receive more information about the recommended aftermarket product to use for our fabrics when retreating them.
We stand behind our product 100%. Our covers are warranted to be free of material or workmanship defects for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. The warranty protects your cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of god, vandalism, neglect, misuse or improper use. The warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers’ original purchase price.

If the product is determined by Cover Pros in its sole discretion to have a material or workmanship flaw, it will be repaired by Cover Pros and or a replacement cover will be shipped out free of charge. Simply take a picture showing the defect and email us along with proof of purchase at info@cover-pros.com.
Our product pages contain guidelines on how to properly measure your item. Unfortunately if the measurements provided to us were incorrect we can not refund this purchase. In the event this has happened to you please email us at info@cover-pros.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
All of our covers are custom made to the specified measurements provided to us by you through the ordering process and so there are no refunds on custom covers. However, if for some reason the cover sent to you doesn’t match these specified measurements within our standard allowance’s email us at info@cover-pros.com and we will provide you with the next steps. If it is found that an error occurred on our end, we will provide a replacement cover at no charge.
